About Me
Jesse Bostick is a Toronto-based photographer and soon-to-be graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University’s Photography Media Arts program where he specializes in architecture and landscape photography.
In addition to his studies, Jesse also works as a Photography Instructor with Canon Canada since April 2022, teaching courses of varying skill levels to students ages 8 to adult. Through work with U-Haul International, Jesse undertook a project photographing U-Haul facilities across Central Ontario to be used on the company’s website for virtual tours and marketing. Jesse’s work as a Product Photographer and Copywriter with Transition Squad has also helped refine his skills in e-commerce-focused photography. Jesse has well-developed skills in post-production editing, creative problem-solving, and photography using both natural and studio lighting.
In his combination of experience and education, Jesse has learned the importance of attention to detail and carries this into all aspects of his work. He is inspired by the work of Ansel Adams and Berenice Abbott because of the apparent simplicity but immense technical skill that is seen in much of their work.
